Conventional Leaf Springs
A leaf spring is a simple form of spring, commonly used for the suspension in wheeled vehicles. It is also one of the oldest forms of spring. Sometimes referred to as a semielliptical leaf spring (SELS) it takes the form of a slender arc-shaped length of spring steel of rectangular cross section. Parabolic Leaf Springs
A parabolic spring is a leaf, or a set of leaves that are tapered in a parabolic way rather than a linear way, as is the case with a simple taper-leaf spring. From the middle, where it is thick, to the ends, where it is thinner, the tapering steps down in a parabolic manner.

We have in-house testing facility for incoming raw material and outgoing product i.e. leaf spring. We use variety of high quality spring steel raw material grades such as SUP9, SUP11A, 50CrV4, EN45A, SAE 5160 and more to manufacture leaf springs, different grades require different heat treatment practices and technical knowledge.
